• Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis adjunct)

• Acute asthma exacerbations

• Autoimmune flare-ups such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis

• Multiple sclerosis (MS) acute relapses

• Severe inflammatory conditions

• Shock states, when inflammation is a contributing factor

Typical High-Dose IV Regimens

• 500 mg to 1 g IV once daily
